The fantastic world of bees, their group work and their production as an example of life
In recent times, leadership has undergone a very important change, causing teams to feel more and more pressure to offer their best version and be the most productive possible.
Accompanied by a great beekeeping professional, we will travel through the exciting world of bees and the magnificent products that we can obtain from their teamwork or as a society.
In addition, the group will have the privilege of trying different types of honey, thus obtaining more information about themselves through a selection of honey made by each group. They will observe how these insects work and how they apply their behaviors to the world of teamwork, obtaining curious and fun conclusions.
More information about the experience
An expert in beekeeping will welcome the group and explain what the activity will consist of. He will inform them about everything related to the world and the life of bees, showing them their function and group work live. Next, the participants will carry out a tasting of different types of honey and, at the end, there will be a debrief with conclusions from the entire workshop and experience.
All the material that is needed to carry out this activity is provided by us, as well as the types of honey to carry out the tasting and all the material that this entails.
Bees are part of the biodiversity on which we all depend for survival. They provide high quality food (honey, royal jelly and pollen) as well as other products such as beeswax, propolis and bee venom. That is why bees are considered essential for people and the planet.
Beekeeping is also an important source of income for many rural livelihoods. According to FAO bee experts, a third of the world’s food production depends on bees.
