The leading manufacturer of plasterboard, Pladur, not only wanted to carry out a team-building activity but also wanted it to have a positive impact on the environment. With this goal in mind, we developed a 100% eco-friendly activity focused on bird protection and animal welfare: building bird nesting boxes. It was a sustainable experience where participants, divided into teams, had to construct 'bird houses' following instructions, putting teamwork, collaboration, and cooperation into practice. Because with small actions, we generate big changes in nature :)
