Wine Project is an activity that goes beyond a simple pairing or wine tasting. It’s about creating a unique wine as a team with the perfect mix: acidity, sweetness, bitterness, sweetness… Find the ideal balance and you will create a top-class wine!
After a brief explanation by an expert sommelier and a wine tasting, the teams will meet to define the style and character of their wine. In addition, they must design the bottle label and create a storytelling that conveys its essence.
Once the time is up, a jury will taste the wines and, taking into account the design of the label and the storytelling, the winning team will be decided.
More information about the experience
A sommelier / facilitator welcomes the group and makes a brief introduction to the activity. Next, a tasting is carried out with all the wines available to the teams to achieve the perfect blend. Then, each team sits at a table to make their wine, design the bottle label and jointly create the storytelling that conveys the essence of the wine. Once the time is up, the jury will assess which is the winning team by tasting the wines and taking into account the label design and storytelling.
Participants will have all the necessary material to make the perfect blend of their wine. In addition, they will have a bottle with a blank label to be able to design it and with technical sheets where they can write down the mixtures they make during the creation process.
This activity can be customized by making a wine that embodies the values of the company, for example. Taking into account both the production of the wine itself, as well as the design of the label and the story that the participants create to sell the product.
