An activity that will not leave anyone indifferent and will help motivate the group

Positive impact actions

We have proposed this divided into three steps, in each of them the participants will be able to develop different skills on different topics. From basic concepts about ornithology to simple DIY practices; All of this treated from a relaxed and positivist approach to create an unforgettable experience.

  1. The beginning of the activity is presented with an introductory session on the problem of birds not finding places in nature to nest; On the other hand, put the participants in context in dynamics directed towards the world of ornithology and environmental ecosystems.
  2. Let’s get to work, later we will hold a nest box construction workshop, a great opportunity for participants to enhance their creativity and the values of teamwork, creating an object from scratch with their own hands.
  3. The result of the activity is to create an analogy between the company’s values and those worked on during the day. Reinforcing solidarity, generosity, working towards a common goal in a positive way will directly improve the functioning of the organization.

More information about the experience

A presenter/facilitator welcomes the group and explains the activity/action they are going to carry out. The group is then divided into teams to create the nest boxes. This is where each person will contribute their creativity and work value. Finally, these boxes will be donated to an NGO, which will place them in strategic places to improve the conditions of certain birds in their own ecosystems.

To guarantee the smooth development of the workshop, participants will be provided with the following material:

  • Support dossier with all the information necessary to create the objects.
  • Sustainable wood materials.
  • Hammers, scissors, wires, screws, nails, pliers, rulers, pencils, brushes, paints, among others.

“Let’s build a better world with positive actions to improve biodiversity and the ecology of the natural environment.”

We approach this activity from an optimistic perspective with the aim of contributing to improving environmental environments and therefore our society. Actively involve participants during the process in values such as respect for ecosystems, solidarity and teamwork.
