A CSR activity where teamwork will be the key
In collaboration with the Red Cross, this CSR activity consists of building bicycles for children at risk of social exclusion.
The experience stimulates illusion, imagination and implies the development of values such as tolerance, freedom, empathy, communication and sustainability. It’s a construction activity that contributes to social improvement and in which the participants will enhance their creativity and values of teamwork, solidarity and generosity.
Once the activity is presented to the group, the participants are divided into teams and distributed at their tables where they have all the material they need. Then they will design and create their bicycles and finally a closing will be made by the selected NGO.
More information about the experience
A presenter / facilitator welcomes the group and explains what the activity is going to consist of and mentions the foundation or association for which this solidarity action will be destined. Then, the participants are divided into groups (already defined or made at random) and are placed at their respective tables. At each table, the teams have all the material to build their bicycles. They will have between 1h 30′ – 2h to build and customize their bikes using a lot of creativity and teamwork. At the end of the time, a group photo will be taken with all the bicycles that have been assembled, thanking all the teams for their participation and collaboration for the cause.
All the material that is needed for the assembly and customization of the bicycles is provided by us.
To give a personal and corporate touch to the customized bicycles, the participants will be able to capture the logo or the corporate values, as well as key messages on them.
