Through a fun gastronomic experience, the Catalana Occidente group crafted creative tapas in teams, putting their skills to the test as true kitchen chefs. The Tapa's Challenge became the perfect excuse to work on communication, collaboration, creativity... and above all, to reinforce that feeling of trust and teamwork.Participants prepared different cold tapas within a limited time frame, which were later tasted by both the chef and the other teams. An activity full of flavor!
