Briefing and Objectives
EAE is a prestigious Business School in Barcelona. On the occasion of the new 2022-23 academic year, I wanted to develop an onboarding experience for new undergraduate students. The aim was for them to get to know and visit the different Campuses that the institution has in the city in a fun and entertaining way, as well as the different services, academic managers and training at EAE. The center also wanted to promote and retain its academic brand with a gamified, modern and technological experience, which would also enable networking and contacts between new students.
Solution
We designed a customized interactive game with fun missions and challenges, where they explored the facilities of the 3 central Campuses in Barcelona. The activity had more than a hundred participants, divided into teams where each of them had an iPad with all kinds of content and tests designed ad-hoc for them. Interactive mini games, photographic missions, quizzes, skill tests and many more designed entirely to measure. An experience that combined the elements of an escape room together with a personalized gymkhana and that ended with a lunch where the prizes were awarded to the winning team.
