Gamifying pharma training
Pharma gamification involves the incorporation of playful elements with the aim of improving the training of sales networks and health professionals, designing an attractive training experience with powerful storytelling, incorporating game techniques and supported by technology. Our solutions can be implemented in PRESENTIAL, VIRTUAL OR HYBRID format.
Why gamify pharma meetings?
The usual medical training days or cycle meetings of a face-to-face nature have generally been not very dynamic and participatory. But currently, and after the pandemic, a change towards a hybrid or virtual meeting format is in sight. In this new framework of online group training, both for health professionals and sales networks, it is necessary to design active learning experiences that allow them to acquire value-added content.
Dynamics that allow collaborative work, engagement and group learning. To achieve this, gamification offers us excellent learning experiences in an immersive and digital environment through clinical cases, interactive challenges or training competitions, with measurable results in real time.
Online game
We divide the attendees of the training or cycle meeting into groups of 5-6 people connected through a video platform such as Zoom, Teams, Meet, Webex, etc. that allows you to create breakout rooms and share screen. The objective is to facilitate debate, discussion and collaborative work in a virtual framework of co-creation and networking to achieve collective learning.
Each team has a link with access to our webapp that contains the game and that is shared on the screen of one of the group members. The game is made up of a series of missions, challenges, questions, documents or videos tailored to the medical theme to be dealt with (clinical case, product launch, etc...). Participants will have a limited time of approximately 45 - 60' to overcome the training challenge.

Each team has a digital tablet with the game downloaded as well as a series of technical documents, both at the table and in the room, necessary to solve clinical cases or any challenge related to training in the health sector. They will have a limited time of approximately 60 – 90 minutes to overcome the training challenge.
