Become a chef and create the best tapa with your team

Tapas’s Challenge is a gastronomic activity in which the participants will use their five senses to create the best tapa as a team with the ingredients they have on their table.

After the presenter explains the activity, the participants are divided into teams and spread out at the tables in the room. At each table they have the ingredients and material necessary to create the tapa. Each member of the team will be assigned a position for which they will be responsible throughout the activity.

Each team must prepare different tapas so that all the teams can taste and assess which is the best tapa and, consequently, who is the winning team.

DYNAMICS OF THE EXPERIENCE

A presenter / facilitator explains the activity to the whole group. Then the participants are divided into teams (randomly or already formed in advance) and are distributed in the tables placed in the activity room. At each table the teams have all the cooking material and all the ingredients to prepare their tapas. They will have a total of 1 hour to prepare 3-4 tapas that their coworkers will then have to taste. At the end of the time, all the teams will taste the elaborated tapas and the best tapa will be voted, thus choosing the winning team of the Tapa’s Challenge.

MATERIALS

Each team will have all the necessary material to carry out the activity. From aprons (optionally they can be personalized with the company logo), to all kinds of utensils for handling food. Optionally, a small kitchen gadget can be given to each participant and a diploma to the winning team. Within the space there will be a mini market with all the food necessary to carry out the activity.

CUSTOMIZATION

This gastronomic activity can be customized by adding the company’s logo or claim to the aprons of the participants, who can then take it as a gift from the experience. (With extra cost).
