Each team will have to design their strategy and, after carrying out some initial practices, they will compete on the regatta course, completing 3 laps. The first sailboat to reach the finish line in the third lap will be the winning team.

A facilitator welcomes the group at the port and explains the activity. Then, each team leaves with their skipper assigned to their sailboat where he explains a specific and technical briefing on the maneuvers on board. Next, each team designs its strategy and the first practices begin. Finally, the teams compete on the regatta course, giving three laps and proclaiming the team that reaches the finish line first as the winning team. Once the regatta is over, the groups return to the port and the prizes are awarded to the winning team.
The activity includes logistics, professional captains, sailboat rental (1 sailboat for every 8/9 participants), rental of an auxiliary boat with gasoline and insurance for the activity. You can also include drinks and snacks on board (at an extra cost).
One way to personalize this activity would be to distribute corporate and team shirts to the participants so that they feel represented as a team and more united, for example. (Low extra cost).
