Game, nature, equipment and change in a single experience
Habitat consists of a training session with the aim of creating a collective experience that promotes synergy between teams to achieve tools, strategy and solutions in an agile, fun and lasting way.
A shared model is created, a natural setting that includes the vision of all team members. To do this, a story is created, a story that provides an answer, a solution and an action plan.
The result is a meeting where the weight of communication and decisions is equitable. Decisions and strategies based on consensus and on the representation of all parties. Creative solutions and ideas driven by metaphors from the natural world transferable to the organization.
More information about the experience
A coach welcomes the group and explains what the training will consist of. Through motivational messages about teamwork, commitment and unity; Divide the group into teams of 4-5 people. Each team must choose from all the material available in the room the animals and habitat that reflect each component, creating a story that responds and provides a solution to a defined action plan. At the end, each team will present their models and stories to the other colleagues, closing the session with a final motivational message from the coach.
The session includes all the necessary material and training personnel to make the training a success.
HABITAT is born from the meeting of our needs with instinct. And it develops in nature as a response to a universal language that gives meaning to everything. We share it as the desire to find answers and agreements that unite us.
