For the BMS cycle meeting, we created a hybrid gamification dynamic that combined technological and analogical challenges related to the company.We divided the group of 300 employees into different teams that had a software program integrated into an iPad, specially designed for the event and that conducted the game.The experience was structured around two blocks:- A custom-created quiz with ad-hoc questions from BMS- Analogical challenges that mixed ingenuity, creativity, art, construction with Legos, tangrams…A whole gamified dynamic that, through the active game format, encouraged participation, teamwork, communication and the integration of important company information.
