Gaudí Challenge is a Sustainable Team Building activity based on collaborative group work, where the challenge is to design, build, and decorate Antoni Gaudí’s masterpiece.

The giant model, standing nearly 3 meters tall, is made up of 51 cardboard pieces with 21 assembly steps. The group is divided into teams, with each assigned a part of the project, and different roles such as draftsman, architect, decorator, and operator are created.

Teams will receive instructions and an Assembly Manual, as well as various decorative elements and tools, which they must obtain at the beginning of the activity through mini-games and challenges.

By the end of the activity, all the pieces are assembled and decorated to form a large model of the Sagrada Familia.

DYNAMICS OF THE EXPERIENCE

An actor or facilitator welcomes the group and explains how the activity will unfold, along with the instructions to follow.

Participants are then divided into teams, and different roles are assigned. Each team will have a workstation with the model pieces, decorating materials, and a manual to start building their part of the Sagrada Familia model.

Beforehand, teams must complete various mini-challenges, games, and puzzles to obtain the ornamental materials and tools.

At the end of the allotted time, all teams will join their pieces together to complete a massive model of the Sagrada Familia.

The result will be spectacular!

MATERIALS

We provide all the materials needed to carry out the activity.

This is a 100% customized activity, as participants will be able to decorate the Sagrada Familia according to their own taste.
